Our Halloween Pumpkins

Aunt Candi and Mommy took us out to the pumpkin patch to pick out our Halloween pumpkins.

Lucy picked a teeny-tiny little pumpkin*.

And Liam picked the biggest one he could find. When he wasn't looking, Aunt Candi switched the 50-pounder out for a 20-pounder. He never noticed the difference and it didn't break the bank!

When it got closer to Halloween, Grammy and Mommy helped us carve them into our very own Jack-0-laterns.

Lucy got right in there to remove the pumpkin guts.

Liam took one look...

...and wanted nothing to do with pumpkin guts.

Mommy with her little pumpkins.

Lucy's heart-themed jack-o-latern. Can you see her name in the smile?

You can't see it, but Liam's Jack-o-latern ended up with a motorcycle going through its head. Can you see his name in the smile?

Pumpkins are done -- bring on the trick-or-treating!!!

*Grammy got a bigger pumpkin at the grocery store for Lucy to carve.

I don't like putting my hands in the icky stuff either, Liam, but the outcome makes it worth while. You'r pumpkins were beautiful and looked awesome outside that night. Mom did a great job with both of you helping xoxoxoxox
