We've been so busy lately we never got around to blogging about our first trip back to Tucson since moving to Atlanta. Grammy and Papa didn't want us to forget the desert so they flew us all out there this past June.
It was the first time Mommy took us on an airplane alone. She was really nervous but we were fantastic. A little antsy on the airplane, but eventually we fell asleep and when we woke up we were in Tucson. It was a good test because our next trip will be to England -- gulp.Anyway, we spent a week at Grammy and Papa's house and really had a great time. It was hot but we had two swimming pools to cool us off - the big pool and the baby pool (aka spa). We also spent pretty much most of our time outside in the buff (covered every 15 minutes with sunscreen).

Our Cousins Lenny and Suzie invited us up to Phoenix for a fabulous mini-family reunion. We got to see Aunt Betty and her husband, Betty Faye, Kent, Rachel, Ethan, Pam, Lynda, Jason and Carlyn! Ok, maybe it wasn't so 'mini'. Mommy's kicking herself she didn't get a group shot. But she did get this one of us with Carlyn and the Sheldon the turtle. He was sooo cool and old. He pooped a lot. We thought that was really funny. We had such a great time that day.
We got to see some of our old playgroup friends - Adam, Alex, Brady and Coleman - but Mommy forgot her camera so no pictures from our play date. We've known each other since we were babies. We really miss them. Then Brianna and Logan (and their Mommy Jessica) came over for a play date. We went swimming, had lunch and watched Toy Story (for the 80th time). Think they're fans now too. We were making a tunnel for Liam's Buzz Lightyear car to go through. This kept us entertained for quite some time.

Grammy's friend Ms. Norma invited us over to go swimming at her house with her niece Adriana and nephew Aiden. Lucy spent most of the time in their playroom playing with their toys while Liam spent the entire time in the pool.
Hopefully we'll get to go again next year...
