Can you believe it's January 20th (Inauguration Day) and Mommy is just now getting around to posting pictures from Christmas? Well, we're a handful so getting anything done these days is close to impossible.
We had a great Christmas. What a fantastic holiday. We got so many wonderful presents but the best part, by far, was getting to spend time with our family. Grandad, Nanny and Auntie Steph were here from England. Aunt Neannie and Uncle Bob came out from LA. And Uncle Mike, Aunt Candi and Cousin Ryan came in from Atlanta. Of course Grammy and Grandpa were here too!

Happy Inauguration Day to two gorgeous awesome,US,citizens!Nanny had to work this morning but met Auntie Pat in Durham for a glass of champagne and a platter of tex-mex food to mark this historic day. As we were in a fun mood and the food had been so truly awesome we rejected the idea of Kate Winslet in The Reader and opted for Beverley Hills Chiouhaha and laughed so much. It wasn't just fab it was awesomely funny. we gave it 5*****. We were relieved on balance that President Obama didn't opt to use the same speech writer as Kate when she received her two golden globes.
It has been spectacular today and the streets were empty this afternoon as people followed events live from Washington where it looked as cold as here!
Well, my little blue-eyed beauties, time for Nanny to go to bed as a long day at work tomorrow but wishing you both a fab Inaugural evening. Keep off the mojitas tonight Liam & Lucy and perhaps just have martinis in yr bottles, shaken not stirred! LOVE YOUXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
